2. My God! Thou art an unfathomable mystery.

Yet Thou art simple to flood my soul with Your love

The moment I say my prayers.

Like the lotus blooming by the kiss of the sun,

My heart’s lotus blossoms

With Thy kiss to my soul.

When that happens, my devotion wells up

And inspires me to write Thy glories.

I am thankful, I am so grateful to Thee

3. My God, I feel like a little child before the parents.

All that it knows is to cry for everything.

Parents eagerly provide whatever

The child needs at every moment.

Thus, Thou hast provided all that I need

And yet I cry for Thy help.

Thy response is always immediate

When I pray intensely!

Teach me what to pray for

And shower Thy grace,

So that my soul finds eternal rest

Only in Thy embrace.

 4. My Lord, today I feel Your immediate presence.

My body trembles like a leaf in a powerful wind.

I just want to prostrate before Thee

Again and again in silent love.

My voice is choked, my heart is full,

And there is a torrential pour of tears

With which I wash Thy lotus-feet.

Thousands of times my soul whispers in my ears,

God, I am Thine, I am Thine,

I am Thine and Thine alone.

Comfort my soul, my Lord,

With just one word that Thou art mine.

5. All that I wished to glorify Thee is not yet completed.

I am afraid whether I accomplish all of those wishes

To glorify Thee in this life or not.

My body is aging, and my head is spinning.

Thou hast made me to go round the world 31 times

Singing Thy Holy Name.

Thou hast made me to install

Thy holy symbols in many countries

And Thy cosmic form as "Vishwa Vittala" in India.

Now Thou hast made me to begin

The construction of the "Bhagavad Gita Darshan Mandir,"

The work of which is going on.

Thou hast made me write more than 6,000

Of Thy holy songs.

Perhaps I should be contented with this seva, Thy service.

Still in my heart there is an agony--

When will there be world peace?

When will I be able to see

The entire humanity getting enlightened?

When will all the world religions get united

And sing Thy glory with one voice?

Please grant this one prayer, please.

After this I shall have no more wishes.

Thank Thee, my Lord,

I salute Thee again and again.

6. My God, I have no words to express my feelings.

My soul is singing in every breath

Its devotion for Thee.

God, Thou art so great, so infinite,

And there is no way our strongest emotions

Could ever express Thy glories adequately!

Just as parents rejoice when their child

Tries to say something with sincere love,

Be Thou pleased with my humble prayers.

7. My God, angels, devatas and Supreme masters

Constantly glorify Thee. What am I before them?

Out of Thy sheer mercy lift me up,

And listen to my heart’s outpourings.

Allow me to be the beggar at Thy gate

And sing for Thee.

8. O Merciful Father, O Divine Mother, O my Creator, my Preserver,

Very little time is left in my life--much is wasted in sleeping

And worrying about this body.

Will I be accepted in Thy kingdom to sing before Thee?

Many a time I feel unworthy of Thee,

And that feeling is very painful.

Therefore, my Lord, whisper in my ear

That Thou has accepted me as Thy servant.

Please accept me; Bless me.

9. My God, Thou art limitless.

Ocean teaches me that Thou art Ocean of Compassion.

Mountains teach me that Thou art formidable

In Thy vow of protecting Thy votaries!!

Thy breath comes in the form of air and gives me life.

Thy presence in my mind

Gives me the consciousness of awareness

To feel Thy presence in my heart.

Flowers teach and reveal to me Thy beauty.

Mother nature which is Thy energy

Nourishes me with food, drink and rest.

Thy voice I hear in meditation that all this is only Thou,

And nothing but Thy Holy Presence.

Bless me to be aware of Thy Presence all the time.

10. My God, my Panduranga, O light of Truth,

Promise me that at the time of death

I remember Thy Holy Name, and Thou shalt

Take me with Thee to Thy transcendental abode

And keep me at Thy holy feet

To serve Thee and sing for Thee.

God, Thou art my only wealth;

Thou art my only friend;

Thou art my only love,

And Thou art my life and freedom.

Kindly accept this garland of flowers

Which is prepared for Thee today.

7. O ocean of mercy, Karuna Saagara,

One corridor-glance of Thine is enough

To put an end to this birth-death cycle of ours.

Our souls want to return to Thee;

We want to sing Thy glories in Thy holy presence

In the kingdom of heaven.

Thy grace alone we want.

We are Thy children smeared

With the dust of ego and desires.

Purify us and lift us, O Father-Mother God,

8. My God-Panduranga,

Today the whole world is tormented

By the evil influence of Kali.

Drunk with power and position, people are mercilessly

Killing one another and thousands of innocent people

And children are butchered,

And their agonies cannot be described.

Human intelligence is not enough to stop these atrocities.

Thy benevolence and munificence is needed

Very badly, right now, Hae Vittala.

Either take an avataara or illumine the minds of people

To get together and put an end to these demoniac activities.

Show us the way to live peacefully here,

To see Thee in everyone,

And love everyone, serve everyone,

And not hate anyone.
